• Please note that using your bank card abroad may incur additional currency conversion or banking service fees, which are not within our control.

Eligibility Requirements:
• All participants must be good swimmers and in good health.
• Minimum age for passengers is 8 years (must be accompanied by an adult).
• Minimum age for drivers is 16 years (must be accompanied by an adult)
• Maximum combined weight for 2 persons on 1 Jet Ski is 160 KG (approximately 352 lbs).
• Participants must refrain from using alcohol and/or drugs before and during the tour.
• Participants below 18 years old require parental consent to rent a water scooter or participate on the activity.
• Drivers between 16 and 18 years old are not allowed to carry passengers.
• All participants must follow the verbal safety instructions provided by Chichi Jetski before the start of the rental period.
• All participants must sign an exoneration form (waiver) before the tour.
• Participants must be able to identify themselves if requested.
• For reasons of liability and insurance Chichi Jetski Tours guide is unable to carry any passengers of your private group.
• For tours of 1 hour or longer, adult passengers are allowed to drive the jetski too, however - the change of drivers will have to be requested by the customer from the guide during check-in and will occur while at sea in consultation with the guide. For tours shorter than 1 hour - change of drivers will not be approved.
How to check availability and book a Tour:
1. Visit our website and go to the "Book Online" page.
2. Select the number of Jet Skis you want to rent (up to 5, depending on availability).
3. Browse the available tours and click "Read More" for details on a specific tour.
4. If you find a tour you like, click the "Book Now" button.
5. Choose your desired date. If no dot appears below the date, it means we are fully booked. You can select another date or call us via Phone,(tel:+59995219400) or via WhatApp (https://wa.me/59995219400)(+5999 5219400) to check for last-minute availability. Note: We are closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.
6. Select a time from the list of available slots and click "Next."
7. Fill in your personal details, read the terms and conditions, and check the box to agree. In the booking notes, add any desired passengers. Remember, the cost for passengers is 50 Euro each, and this will be paid at reception on the day of the tour along with the security deposit.
8. Click "Pay Now" to proceed with your reservation.
9. Choose your preferred payment option, enter the required details, and click "Pay Now."
10. After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with important information, including the arrival time and departure location (Google Maps link).
No, we do not offer Jet Ski rentals without a guide. Here are the details:
For the safety of our guests and to comply with insurance and liability requirements, all our tours must be accompanied by a guide. This ensures that you have a safe and enjoyable experience while exploring the beautiful waters of Curacao. Our professional guides are certified and registered with the Curacao Ports Authority, and they are there to support and coach you throughout the tour
Local regulations in Curacao prohibit the rental of Jet Skis without supervision from an official watersports company like Chichi Jetski Tours. Only boating licenses issued in Curacao are accepted by local authorities. Therefore, even if you have a boat license from another country, you are required by law to be guided by a certified local guide.
Freedom During Guided Tours: Despite the tours being guided, we ensure that our customers have a significant amount of freedom to enjoy their Jet Ski experience. You can determine your own speed and route in consultation with the guide. Our guides are there to ensure your safety and to show you the best spots along the coast, but they do not impose unnecessary restrictions on your ride. This balance allows you to experience the thrill and excitement of jet skiing while ensuring your safety and compliance with local regulations.
Additionally, our guided tours offer several benefits:
• Safety: Our guides are trained to handle any emergencies and ensure that all participants follow safety protocols.
• Local Knowledge: Our guides know the best routes and spots to explore, enhancing your overall experience.
• Support: If you encounter any issues with the Jet Ski, our guides are there to assist you promptly.
When considering renting a Jet Ski from another company that offers self-guided tours, we recommend thinking about the actions you can take if you experience motor problems or other issues without a guide. For your safety, we suggest always going out to sea with a friend on a separate Jet Ski to minimize risks in case of an emergency.
At Chichi Jetski Tours, we work with modern, premium Sea‑Doo jet skis and offer private tours only.
To keep our equipment in top condition for every guest, we ask for a fully refundable €300 security deposit per jet ski.
This deposit helps ensure that all guests treat the equipment with the same care that we do — which means:
• safer tours,
• well‑maintained jet skis,
• reliable performance, and
• a smooth, worry‑free experience for your group.
How it works
• The €300 deposit per jet ski is charged at check‑in to the credit card you provide (or cash).
• The deposit is fully refundable once the equipment is returned in the same condition and all safety guidelines have been followed.
• Most banks process the release immediately, but some (e.g., Rabobank) may take 3–5 business days depending on their policies.
Private tours = one group, one responsibility
Because every tour is private, your group is treated as one unit.
If new damage is found after the tour — for example, flipping a jet ski or improper handling — the necessary costs are simply deducted from the group’s deposits.
Why this matters
Some types of damage can be costly (in rare cases over €7.000 per jet ski).
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you confirm that any cost above the deposit will be settled after the tour.
This clear, upfront approach ensures no hidden fees and complete transparency.

Last-Minute Shorter Jet Ski Rides:
We prioritize the standard tours available on our website and do not accept advance reservations for shorter Jet Ski rides. However, if you contact us last minute via Phone,(tel:+59995219400) or via WhatApp (https://wa.me/59995219400)(+5999 5219400), we may be able to accommodate a 30-minute tour for one person or more, depending on our schedule and availability.
• Passenger Cost: 50 Euro per passenger (regardless of tour duration)
• Security Deposit: 300 Euro per Jet Ski (applies to shorter trips as well)
Please note that passengers will need to be added to the booking notes and their cost, along with the security deposit, will be paid at reception on the day of the tour.
• You can make a reservation for up to 5 Jet Skis per booking (depending on the currently availabable capacity). If you like to ride with a larger group, please make multiple consecutive reservations (Each group will wait for the other group to finish their tour).
• Alternatively for groups above 5, participants can tag along as passengers, so we are able to accomodate group sizes of up to 10 persons per departure slot.
• Reservations will require online payment via this website in advance.
• Alternatively - when you are in Curaçao, you can make the reservation on-site at least one day prior to your tour and pay onsite with Bankcard, or Creditcard. Please check the FAQ on the costs for the local conversion rates for other currencies.

Summary of Safety Rules:
1. Wear a Life Jacket: All participants must wear a life jacket and ensure the safety cord is attached to the vest throughout the tour.
2. Hold On to the Driver: Passengers should hold on to the middle strap of the driver's life jacket, not the watercraft.
3. Start and Stop the Engine Correctly: Start the engine only when instructed by the guide and turn it off immediately when the guide indicates to avoid debris getting into the jet engine.
4. Navigate Slowly in Harbors: Sail at walking pace in ports and respect fishermen and marine life.
5. Stay in the Dark Blue Sea Area: Sail in the dark blue part of the sea and follow the guide's instructions.
6. Maintain Eye Contact with the Guide: Maintain eye contact with the guide and ensure the guide is always between you and the land. Stay together as one group and adjust speed to remain together as one group.
7. Avoid Collisions: Avoid collisions by not sailing too close to others and not talking to group members while sailing. Take into account the unpredictable effect of waves and unexpected movements from other participants. Limit and adjust speed to respond in a timely manner to unexpected events such as vulnerable swimmers snorkeling in the dark blue part of the sea.
8. Respond to Warnings: Stop and raise your hand if the jet ski behaves strangely, including when the jet ski beeps because of an error or sounds strangely. The guide will return to assist in this case.
9. Let Go if Falling: Let go if you are in danger of falling to prevent the jet ski from tipping over while at slow speed.
10. Keep Moving in High Waves: Keep moving in high waves to steer the jet ski effectively when appropriate and when it's safe to do so.
11. Watch for Obstacles: Watch out for boats, buoys, divers, and swimmers. Follow the guide's directions when close to fishing boats to avoid getting entangled in the boats' fishing lines.
12. Avoid Debris: Be cautious of ropes and debris in the water.
13. Be Careful Around Animals: Keep an eye out for turtles and dolphins and follow the guide's instructions.
14. Board the Jet Ski Correctly: Do not step on the black bracket (IBR) on the back. Lower the ladder at the back and use it to get back onto the jetski if you fall off.
15. Follow the Guide's Instructions: Follow all the guide's directions regarding speed, sailing direction, and distance.
16. Assist the Guide if Needed: Assist the guide in case of problems and contact reception if the guide gets into trouble.
17. Ensure Compliance by Others: Request and ensure that others in your company follow the safety rules. In case the rules are violated, participation will be terminated immediately without refund of money already paid. The security deposit will be withheld if members of the group do not follow instructions.
18. Health and Safety Confirmation: All participants of the group should be in good health at the time of the activity, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and have the required swimming certificates/skills. Chichi Jetski Tours does not recommend participation for people with joint problems, reduced vision, epilepsy, and pregnant women.
19. Age: The drivers should be at least 16 years old, passengers should be at least 8 years old, and all guests of 17 years old or younger should have parental/guardian consent to participate in the activity.
Absolutely! No prior experience is necessary to join our Jet Ski tours. We provide training and instructions on how to operate the Jet Ski before the tour begins. This training time is not included in your tour duration, so please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
You do not need a boat license to participate, as all our Jet Ski rides are guided. Our experienced guide will be there to support and coach you while you are at sea, ensuring your safety and enhancing your experience. The guide is present for your safety and to maintain our high standards on the island.
If you require extensive training, please mention this as early as possible, preferably during the reservation phase, so we can accommodate your needs.
Yes, you can bring your phone on the Jet Ski tour. Please be aware that there is a risk of losing your phone if it falls into the water. For your convenience and safety, we suggest leaving valuable items, including phones, in a secure location. There is a water-resistant compartment on the Jet Ski where you can store your phone at your own risk. If you need to bring your phone for photos or emergencies, please ensure it is properly secured and protected.
Please note that although the latest phones (such as iPhone or Samsung models) may be waterproof/resistant, they are not resistant to salt water. Additionally, due to the shocks at sea, your phone may get damaged. Our guides are equipped with emergency communication devices to ensure your safety throughout the tour.
As we are still a small company, we do not offer pickup services.
We can recommend a number of taxi companies that we work with often (we know which taxies are puntual, quick and cost efficient).
When making your reservation, please add a note to the booking to indicate that you would like our help to connect you to a great taxi company. We will link you up and thank you for supporting the local economy.
What to Wear:
• Swimwear: Please avoid wearing new swimwear as the colors may come off and damage the leather on the Jet Ski saddle.
• Footwear: Slippers or flip-flops are recommended.
• Eye Protection: Swimming goggles to protect your eyes from saltwater splashes.
• Sun Protection: Don't forget to apply sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun.
Additional Information:
• We do not have toilet, locker room, or shower facilities at the departure location, so please plan accordingly.
• For your convenience and safety, we suggest leaving personal belongings in the trunk of your car or at home. The parking lot is right in front of the reception.
• If you choose to bring your phone or camera, please note that this is at your own risk.
• Chichi Jetski Tours does not recommend participation for people with disabilities such as deafness or hearing impairment, heart problems, epilepsy, problems of continence, people using a wheelchair, joint problems, reduced vision, or psychological issues. 1. If the renter wishes to cancel the rental agreement, he must inform Chichi Jetski in writing or electronically as soon as possible.
If the renter cancels, the renter can claim a refund of the rental price equal to:
a. 75% of the agreed rent in case of cancellation before 1 week before the start of the rental period;
b. 50% of the agreed rent in case of cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the start of the rental period;
c. 25% of the agreed rent in case of cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the rental period;
d. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period, no refund of the rental price is due.
e. Refunds will be transferred to the renters bank account within 7 days of receipt of the cancellation.
2. If the date/time of a tour has already been rescheduled once at the request of the renter, a subsequent request to reschedule the tour will not be honored by Chichi Jetski and no refund will be provided in the event of a later cancellation.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour. Any rescheduling request received within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be treated as a cancellation request and subject to the cancellation refund terms outlined above.
3. Chichi Jetski Tours reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy under extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion.
4. Chichi Jetski can cancel the rental agreement if it believes that there should be no sailing due to the safety of the renter or water scooter. The rental period will then be moved by mutual agreement. If that is not possible, the renter will receive the full rent back.
5. Chichi Jetski will not refund the rental price if:
a) A renter who expresses dissatisfaction with the weather or other tour conditions is not eligible for a refund of the rental price. Chichi Jetski will make reasonable efforts to address concerns but is not obligated to provide a refund in such cases.
b) A renter who changes his mind on the day of the tour and decides not to participate (anymore) will not be eligible for a refund of the rental price.
c) A renter who does not pay the security deposit will not get the rent back.
d) A renter who arrives late (arrives later than 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time) or does not show up at all for any reason will not receive a refund of the rental price.
e) No refunds of the rental price will be given if Chichi Jetski determines that a participant in the renter's group does not meet the obligations (e.g. cannot swim, is pregnant, does not meet the conditions of age, weighs more than 160 KG, does not want or cannot sign the exoneration statement (by an authorized person), etc.).

Sea Conditions: Please be prepared for some waves as our route primarily takes us through open sea. The conditions can be a bit rough, but this adds to the excitement of the adventure. When we enter the harbors, such as Spaanse Water and Fuikbaai, the sea will be much calmer, allowing you to increase your speed and enjoy a smoother ride.
Disclaimer: Please note that we won't reach calmer waters unless the duration of the tour is 1 hour or more. Additionally, if you drive the jet ski too slowly or if the waves are very high, we may not reach calmer waters even on a 1-hour tour.
No, you do not need a boat license to participate in our Jet Ski tours. Here are the details:
Not Required:
• Driver's license (car)
• Driver's/sailing license (boat)
Both types of these licenses are not required as all our tours are fully guided.
Required:
• Advanced swimming skills
According to local law, a sailing license is not needed for participants if the Jet Ski tour is guided by a professional watersports company registered in Curacao. Chichi Jetski Tours is formally registered with the Curacao Ports Authority as a commercial watersports company, and our guides are fully certified. Therefore, if you book a guided Jet Ski tour with Chichi Jetski Tours, you do not need a sailing license (vaarbewijs) to drive a Jet Ski during the tour.
Note: Non-Curacao boat licenses are not valid in Curacao. By law, we are required to guide all participants, including those with boat licenses from other countries.
Although most damages can be covered by the group's security deposited amount, some damages can go beyond the value of 7000 Euro per Jetski. To the best of our knowlegde, most travel or liability insurances in the Netherlands do not cover any damages caused by Jet Ski'ing. This means that Dutch guests will have to pay for any damages out of own their own pocket.
We don't have any information on travel insurance or liability insurance coverage for other countries. Please check your insurance coverage prior to making a reservation with us.
