Damage Liability Agreement

This Damage Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this undersigned day  ("Effective Date"),

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The Liability Party acknowledges that they are liable for damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Protected Party arising out of specific circumstances, as detailed in Section 2 below. The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement to address and resolve such liabilities.

2. SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES

The Liability Party agrees to be liable for damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Protected Party under the following circumstances:

• Physical damage incurred to equipment and/or belongings of Chichi Jetski Tours

• Physical damage incurred to equipment and/or belongings of 3rd Parties

3. DAMAGES AND COMPENSATION

In the event that damages, losses, or expenses occur as a result of the circumstances outlined in Section 2, the Liability Party agrees to compensate the Protected Party promptly and in full for all such damages. The calculation of damages and the payment method shall be as follows:

4. PAYMENT TERMS

The Liability Party agrees to make the compensation payment to the Protected Party within 5 days of receiving written notice from the Protected Party specifying the damages incurred. Payment shall be made in cash, certified check, bank transfer, or any other mutually agreed-upon method.

5. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether oral or written.

7. SIGNATURES

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and electronic signatures shall be deemed valid and binding.
